Terms & Services

These Terms and Services govern your use of CIAEA's website and participation in any programs offered by Cambridge International Academic Exchange Alliance. By accessing our website or enrolling in a program, you agree to the following terms.

Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the CIAEA website and services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Services. If you are enrolling on behalf of a student or school, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these terms on their behalf.

CIAEA reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Program Services

CIAEA offers international education exchange programs including Study Tours, American Summer Camps, Study Abroad pathways, and AP preparatory courses. Program details, schedules, and fees are provided during the inquiry and enrollment process.

CIAEA acts as a program coordinator and facilitator. Specific academic outcomes, host school placements, and third-party services (accommodation, travel) are subject to partner availability and may vary by program cycle.

Enrollment and Fees

Enrollment in any CIAEA program is confirmed upon receipt of a completed application form and the required deposit or full program fee, as specified in the program offer letter.

All fees are quoted in the currency stated in your program offer. Payments must be made through approved channels. Bank transfer fees, currency conversion costs, and applicable taxes are the responsibility of the enrolling party.

CIAEA reserves the right to adjust program fees due to significant changes in operating costs, exchange rates, or partner pricing. Any adjustments will be communicated with a minimum of 30 days' notice prior to program start.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to CIAEA's official contact email. Refund eligibility depends on the timing of cancellation relative to the program start date and the terms outlined in your program agreement.

Deposits are generally non-refundable. For full program payments, partial refunds may be available for cancellations made more than 60 days before the program start date. No refunds are issued for cancellations within 30 days of program start, except in cases of documented medical emergency.

CIAEA is not liable for losses caused by visa denials, flight cancellations, natural disasters, government travel restrictions, or other force majeure events. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Participant Responsibilities

Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward host families, school staff, partner institution representatives, and fellow participants throughout all program activities.

Participants must comply with the rules and regulations of any host school or institution, local laws, and CIAEA's program code of conduct. Serious or repeated misconduct may result in early termination of participation without refund.

Parents or guardians of minor participants are responsible for ensuring their child meets all visa, health, and travel documentation requirements prior to departure.

Intellectual Property

All content on the CIAEA website — including text, images, logos, program materials, and multimedia — is the property of CIAEA or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use CIAEA content for commercial purposes without express written permission from CIAEA.

Limitation of Liability

CIAEA's liability in connection with any program or service is limited to the amount of fees paid by the enrolling party for the specific program in question. CIAEA is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages of any kind.

CIAEA makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of information on its website and in program materials, but does not warrant that all content is error-free or up to date. Program details are subject to change without prior notice.
